Camp Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registration

A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due at time of registration for camp. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. If you sign up within 30 days, full payment is due with your registration.

Cancellation Policy for Camp

• We hope you do not have to cancel, but if it is absolutely necessary, your $500 deposit is non-refundable. 

• Full refund minus the deposit will be given back if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the camp, assuming you paid the full amount.

• Less than 30 days, sorry, no refund amount.
